This is your space to pause, take a breath and to share what’s on your heart as you are held in love. The intention of the circle is to create a space where you feel seen and heard, where you can show up in your truth and let all anxiety and stress melt away.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eAs women, we need spaces to be all of ourselves without any pressure. I will create space for journalling with oracle cards before we open up the space for shares. She has been on a 20 year journey of healing her depression and inner child wounds through holistic and creative practices and now teaches women how to reconnect to their whole bodies and heal their relationship with their emotions.
