Laughter Yoga is a unique and uplifting practice that combines playful laughter exercises with deep breathing techniques — no experience (or sense of humour!) required. The magic is that your body doesn’t know the difference between real and “practice” laughter… so you still get all the feel-good benefits!

I’m excited to be hosting a Laughter Yoga session at The Curiosity Cabinet in Barnsley — a safe, welcoming space to let go, laugh freely, and leave feeling lighter and brighter.
Wear comfy clothes, bring some water, and come ready to laugh (even if it feels a bit silly at first — that’s part of the fun!).
