The Curious Circle - A monthly women’s circle

Join us each month around a candlelit altar with a sisterhood of open-minded women.

This is your space to arrive exactly as you are, in your comfies, your heaviness, your joy, your mess or in all you're carrying. This is your space to pause, take a breath and to share what’s on your heart as you are held in love. The intention of the circle is to create a space where you feel seen and heard, where you can show up in your truth and let all anxiety and stress melt away.

As women, we need spaces to be all of ourselves without any pressure. We need each other, we need moments to pause, to process and to let the weight of the world soften in the company of sisters who get it.

What to expect:

Each month we open with ceremonial cacao, a grounding meditation and gentle breath to ground ourselves into the space. I will create space for journalling with oracle cards before we open up the space for shares. There is never any pressure to share, you are also welcome to turn up and just enjoy being in the space with us.

 Your space holder:

 Each circle will be held by Khrissie who is a certified trauma informed medicine woman and somatic movement practitioner. She has been on a 20 year journey of healing her depression and inner child wounds through holistic and creative practices and now teaches women how to reconnect to their whole bodies and heal their relationship with their emotions. Her passion is to create a world where all women feel seen and validated in their expression, so they can truly live their life, not just survive it!

Circle Conduct:

 What happens in circle stays in circle: your words are sacred here and so is your silence. No judgement: We all have lived life differently, let’s stay open-minded for all our experiences.

This is a sober zone: No alcohol or drugs should be consumed before circle

We will keep the sisterhood to a max of 12 women so get your tickets to secure your space
